Another lovely day in the Wisconsin Dells. Dennis and Kaitlin begin their day at Mt. Olympus with Aaron, the park’s HR Director, who shares how the park grew from a local spot into a global destination and home to the tallest waterslide in the US.

Soon after, Dennis and Kaitlin make their way to one of the park's coffee shops to meet PJ. PJ, a Work Travel participant, gives Dennis a crash course in barista life. Between steaming milk and pulling espresso shots, Dennis learns that running a café in a busy theme park takes more coordination than it looks. PJ talks about his experience working in America and how much it’s taught him about people, culture, and himself.

After taking some time to enjoy a few rides, Kaitlin introduces Dennis to Framy, a student from the Dominican Republic who knows the park like the back of his hand. With a broom in one hand and a grin on his face, Framy shows Dennis how to keep the park spotless and the guests happy. When Framy steps away for a break, Dennis keeps at it, determined to leave the place spotless.

Then it's off to meet Sara rom Spain. Sara walks Dennis through her experience at Olympus. She talks about the responsibility that comes with watching over hundreds of swimmers and the confidence she’s gained through her cultural exchange experience. Before long, Dennis suits up and Sara puts him to work.
The afternoon heat builds, and Dennis finally gets his moment of truth: Icarus. The tallest waterslide in the United States. One climb to the top, one deep breath, and one unforgettable drop later, he can finally say he’s done it.

As the sun sets, Dennis and Kaitlin head to Sunset Bay Resort where the day winds down around a bonfire. Students gather to swap stories about where they’ve come from and what they’ve discovered along the way. Laughter blends with the crackle of the fire as the sky turns soft and blue.

The episode captures what Out of Office is all about. Work, friendship, and cultural exchange come together in one summer day that’s filled with heart, coffee, and just enough adventure to keep things interesting.
