The purpose of this Job Applicant Privacy Notice (“Notice”) is to inform individuals who inquire about and/or apply for employment (“you” or “Job Candidates”) with International Training & Exchange, Inc. and Ayusa (the “Company”, or “we” or “us”) of the categories of personal information we collect and the purposes for which we use and disclose such personal information for employment consideration.
This Notice is intended to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2020, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act of 2023, effective January 1, 2023 (collectively “CPRA”) and applies to Job Candidates inside and outside California.

We do not sell (as such term is defined under the CPRA) your personal information to third parties. This means that we do not sell, rent, share, or otherwise disclose your personal information to third parties in exchange for monetary or other valuable consideration.
Your personal information will only be stored as long as the purpose for which it is kept exists and as long as permitted or required under local law. This means that your Personal Information will be stored for 6 months after the recruitment process is finished. Your application could potentially be retained for 24 months after the recruitment process is finished, if allowed or required under local laws with the purpose to resolve any disputes relating to potential claims of discrimination. Your personal information will be stored in a range of different access-controlled places, including the HR management systems and on other IT systems (including email).
