Want to gain some international work experience or create a cultural exchange opportunity at your company? After you check out the eligibility requirements to make sure the program is right for you, interns complete an Intrax Application while host companies submit a Host Company Agreement to create exciting and challenging internship positions.
Prepare

Program advisors meet with potential interns and companies to learn more about their goals and conduct pre-screening interviews. After interns are accepted into the program and paid a deposit, program advisors assist them with resume and interview skills as well as visa information so they are prepared when the perfect internship comes along.
Match

Host company employers interview potential interns to find the best fit for the exciting challenges they offer.  Once the best candidates are found, host companies offer positions to their new interns- this is what we call a match.
Travel

Once matched, interns obtain their passport and make arrangements to begin a fun and exciting internship adventure abroad.  Host companies start preparing for the interns arrival excited about the global support they will receive for their teams.
