Her background is in lifestyle marketing, spanning online and offline strategic marketing initiatives for companies including Macys.com, Hewlett-Packard, Realtor.com and CareGuide. At AuPairCare, she utilized technology to overhaul the online matching process and led the conversion of a legacy system to Salesforce. The new enterprise platform markedly improved participant experience, program operations and financial management. Having studied a year abroad in Germany, Sarah knows the benefits of cultural exchange and is a host mom herself.
