AuPairCare Program Advisors directly impact people’s lives on a daily basis. In this role, the successful candidate will educate and sell-in AuPairCare’s live-in au pair childcare program via phone to families across the nation with the goal of increasing host family applications. The ideal candidate is an energetic and dependable self-starter.
Sell AuPairCare’s live-in childcare program via in-bound & outbound sales calls.
Track and report sales and conversion rates on a consistent basis.
Provide a range of administrative support as needed.
Assist in Marketing Communication & projects as needed.
Support the operations team in delivering outstanding customer service to families.
1-4 yrs work experience
Sales or customer service experience
This is a full-time entry level position, located in our San Francisco headquarters. Program Advisors gain valuable sales training and experience while learning the ins and outs of the Cultural Exchange industry. As a Program Advisor, you will work closely with an energetic team of professionals, passionate about cultural exchange and customer service.
