Partner Services Manager

AuPairCare is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Partner Services Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Director of Partner Services, this position is responsible for managing important international partner relationships, quality au pair candidate recruitment and a small team. This position is located in San Francisco and offers international travel.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Partner Services team in APC Headquarters including: training, administration & support of staff, attending meetings, conducting presentations, and oversight of team tasks & projects
  • Represent the Partner Services perspective in cross-departmental meetings & projects
  • Receive overseas partner visitors in Headquarters
  • Become an Alternate Responsible Officer with SEVIS
  • Provide on-call support to au pairs outside business hours 3 weeks per year

Partner Services Representative duties including:

  • Manage a region of overseas partner relationships
  • Ensure quality recruitment of candidates thru careful review of applications
  • Maintain compliance with Department of State (DOS) and AuPairCare quality standards
  • Respond to customer service inquiries from our field staff and headquarters team
  • Achieve recruitment goals and support growth in target markets

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Experience managing a team
  • Experience developing & maintaining long-distance, collaborative relationships via telecommunications
  • Ability to travel internationally and/or domestically when required
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines in a high-volume, fast paced environment
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills in the work place
  • Friendly, positive attitude and cross-cultural sensitivity
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database software
  • Bachelor’s degree

Preferred:

  • Participation in cultural exchange program; working, studying or living abroad
  • Proficiency in a second language; Spanish highly desirable
  • Salesforce customer relationship management systems
  • Account management experience
