Work Environment                AuPairCare offices are business casual. The Product Intern will have a workstation near the Director of Project Management & Product Manager. The Intern will work independently with frequent 1:1 and group project meetings.

Internship Description          

The IT and Product Management Intern will assist the team with the development and marketing of products and innovative solutions, keeping AuPairCare at the forefront of our industry. 

Research, analyse, and understand the au pair space 
Assist with the creation of content and promotional materials for products 
 Collaborate with the manager in writing and editing training courses for au pairs, and internal training documents 
 Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure features work as expected before release 
Gather user feedback after launch 
Respond to inquiries related to the au pair program (phone/email) 
Identify opportunities for products, new features, and process improvements 
Other duties as assigned

Required Skills                      

Knowledge of MS Office and Outlook 
Strong command of the English language 
Capacity to deliver exceptional customer service 
Writing, copy editing, and proofreading experience. 
Hands-on experience with web technologies 
Familiarity with market research, consumer behavior and marketing techniques 
Must be detail-oriented with good project management and strategic planning abilities 
Proven ability to handle escalated issues and use discretion 
 Bonus points if you have experience in UX, Salesforce (CRM), Articulate 360, or photo/video editing 

Estimated Average Hours Each Week    20-25 hours 

Compensation*                     $17.00/hr
