Ayusa, a non-profit division of Intrax, is a leader in providing cultural exchange and education opportunities to high school students from around the world. Ayusa is seeking a skilled and motivated Admissions Assistant to support the HQ team. The position offers the benefit of exposure into the world of student exchange and experience in a cultural exchange office setting.
• General administrative tasks, such as data entry in Excel and databases; shipping; document preparation; communication with field staff, clients and providers; making travel arrangements and assistance with meeting planning; completing forms.
• Marketing support tasks, such as assistance with ordering and distributing marketing materials; assisting with social media marketing posts; tracking marketing campaigns; working with Director of Marketing on organizing online advertising and SEO analytics.
• Partnership support tasks, including checking and proofing student profiles; reviewing applications.
Skills & Experience:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Experience with database entry, Excel, Word, PowerPoint;
• Basic knowledge of social media marketing;
• Ability to pass background check
