Intrax opened its Canada office in 2003.  Intrax Canada is located in Vancouver, Canada and currently offers a variety of outbound programs for Canadians. Intrax Canada is part of Intrax Inc., a U.S.-based company with more than 30 years of experience connecting people and cultures. Intrax is an official sponsor designated by the U.S. Department of State to administer the J-1 Exchange Visitor Visa program.

Available Programs

Intrax Work Travel - U.S.

The Intrax J-1 Work Travel program enables Canadian university students to live and work in the U.S. during their summer break. Work Travel participants spend up to four months experiencing American culture, making new friends, and working at a seasonal job to help cover the cost of the program.

Au Pair Care - U.S.

Au Pair Care allows young people ages 18-26 years old with childcare experience to travel to the U.S. and live and work with an American family as an au pair.

ProWorld - Global

ProWorld offers short and long-term volunteer programs in developing countries in Africa, Asia and Latin America that allows people of all ages to participate with locals and other international volunteers.

Intrax Global Internships - Global

Intrax connects qualified candidates with summer, short-term and long-term internships in the U.S. and around the world. Internships are available in major economic centers as well as developing countries and include business, hospitality, practical training, and social development, as well as country-specific internships.
